Immunization News

Due to new eligibility rules, we can see the following children: Medicaid, Uninsured, Alaskan or Native American descent, and children who have insurance, but NO vaccine coverage. A $5.00 administration fee will be asked of all children not insured by Medicaid.

Insured children who have co pays, deductibles or percentages to meet may still be seen if we are “in network”. Please call our office to check if your insurance is “in network”. Your insurance will be billed; you may also call your physician and schedule vaccinations with them.

As always, a legal guardian must be present if the child is under 18 years old and an immunization record must be brought to the appointment.
